I only gave her verbal consent to do a soft pull. My realtor recommended her so I trusted her to be honest and a woman of her word which was my mistake. She performed a hard pull without my husband or my permission. She stated there is nothing she can do to rectify her mistake nor could she assist in providing a letter to attach with my dispute. I now have to go through the nightmare of disputing to all three credit bureaus and waiting the long process due to a professional’s mistake who is failing to take accountability. In addition, she is dismissing my concerns by telling me it’s not that big of a deal.Monday 24th June 2024
