This wasn't my first mortgage but Seth was referred to me this time round by my realtor and I would certainly consider hiring Seth again after the experience I had, especially if he could quote me a good rate again. I particularly liked the communication between him and my Realtor - they worked well together and in the end it only took a couple of days for me to secure the VA home loan I needed for my new home purchase. Overall my experience was pretty smooth and I'm grateful for the work and experience Seth provided.

Partnering with reliable mortgage lenders like Seth Saldivar is a big part of my clients' success. As a realtor, my job is so much easier if my homebuyer can secure a mortgage seamlessly, and so far, Seth has been excellent at that. I know him personally through our church, so teaming up wasn't much of a risk because I know and trust his character and work ethic. I was referred to Seth Saldivar by a coworker who spoke highly of his services. As a first time home buyer, I couldn't have asked for a better experience working with him. Throughout the process, Seth was responsive and helpful in guiding me through all the steps I needed to take as a new buyer. He made everything clear and easy to understand. I appreciated how he took the time to keep me informed each step of the way. In the end I think it took maybe less than a month for my FHA loan to go through - It felt like no time at all. If you need a mortgage lender in League City, Texas then Seth is a good guy to know. He's a great communicator, very responsive and looks out for his clients' best interests. As someone who is new to the home loan process, I couldn't have asked for more. It's great having someone like him to lean on and I would definitely have no issues with using him again.

Seth Saldivar was introduced to us by my realtor when I relocated to Houston from the East Coast and needed a mortgage lender licensed in Texas. Although this was my first time working with Seth, I was immediately impressed by Seth's knowledge and the clean, well-structured process he had in place to get our home loan approved. The follow up and communication was also outstanding throughout the entire mortgage process and beyond the transaction details, Seth takes a very personal approach which we liked. His personality and integrity really stood out. I also felt fully supported by the phenomenal team he has behind him. The way they handled everything was second to none.
